Banh Trung Thu

Ingredients:
3 cups cupcake flours
8 oz light corn syrup
8 oz vegeable oil
1 drop red
2 drops yellow
tro tau(?)
1 bag green beans
1 lb sugar
all purpose flour
vanilla
nuoc duong with 1 red and 2 yellow to cover before bake


bake 350 degree for 5 mins. take out and cover with nuoc duong again and bake again for 5 mins.

House

Teo and I have been looking for houses and we love it! We love the feeling of house shopping. But since we are low income-couple, we have to settle for a small house. Small house can be real cozy, meaning small.



But we talked about renovations that we could do ourselves. So we are looking for good ideas to fix a small kitchen.

Ao Dai for Dam Hoi

I really like the neck for this ao dai. I like the pink pants and white ao dai with pink details.

Wedding Gowns

I think I will definitely get something with a drop waist and curve the body like below. I want pure white. No off-white.

How pretty. I better start loose my stomach fat.

Not sure if I like the side bow(?) Maybe it will look better without it. But I definitely like the lace.

I love the neck details. But I don't absolutely love the dress.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE SO FAR. LOOKS GORGEOUS. I don't know if it will look as good in pure-white though....

Bridesmaids

I'm looking for bridesmaids dresses now and I think I will probably get them long dresses. I liked the short ones too, but I think long one fits more with the purple/luxury/royal theme.
I love the fabric on this one. Imagine it in purple and loose the bow.

This one is okay. Not too crazy with the flare though.

Love how it curves the body. Maybe a little loose so the bridesmaids will be more comfortable. Maybe not as flare on the bottom.

I just love the fabric and the style. This is my second favorite.

I think this is my favorite one. It looks comfortable enought for the bridesmaids to be comfortable in and formal enough.

Love the split on the bottom. I think my wedding will be similar to this. Purple dresses with white flowers.

I like this one too. I can't decide if I want the halter top or not.

This one is super cute too. But it does look a little uncomfortable to be in all day.

Engagement Talk with Parents

Parents talked to Teo about our Dam Hoi and our plan for marriage!!!

So here are a few pictures I like for the decorations at church.

I like the drapes coming from the ceiling at the alter. Maybe with lights shining up the drapes will make it looks dramatic and luxury.

Romantic Wedding Gowns

I'm loving the romantic/vintage look to a wedding gown. I love all the lace. It looks so feminine.

WEDDING PLANS

I finally talked to my mom about T** and my engagement/wedding plan. She doesn't object! So it's a good sign.

I've been thinking about wedding in the past 2 months. I'm extremely excited!

Giong Ca Vang

I hope T** will enter in the Giong Ca Vang 2010 for SBTN. I think he has the potential and I have the perfect idea for his music style that could help him win the first place! Can't wait to see him tomorrow!

I also talk to my mom last night about T** and I think she has changed her mind/thinking about him. I think we will get engage next year. =)

Cottage Kitchens

I wish I could change the look of my kitchen. Maybe next Saturday while my parents are gone, I'll paint the cabinet and give the kitchen a new look. So far, these are my favorites.

Dirty House with 5 Girls

I do not understand how can a house can be so dirty while we have so many girls in the house. There is not a single room in my house that is clean. Because of the dirty house, my sisters and I could not do homework at home. I wish I could just clean up the house and have the house spotless. I wish I am Mary Popping and just snap my fingers and clothes just fold themselves and the dishes would just give themselves a bubble bath. If only...

HOUSE HUNTING--sorta.

I was on my way to LSU to take the 4433 Exam and I saw a For Sale sign in front of a cute house on the street T** and I love.

Handyman

Tomorrow T** and I will go buy tiles together so him and my father could start working on our outdoor kitchen for my mom. I'm so proud of T** for being such a handy man.

Tomorrow I will have an exam in my 4433 class. It was so boring to study those marketing cases...
